1. When you mouse over law, a pop up describing how they will score at the end of the round. (score prestige points - top right of page 13 in the rulebook)
2. For the Rows, a mouse over for when you hover over the symbol that indicates that they score during the executive phase
3. On your player board, when you mouse over the right side of the accreditation section. A description explaining how the cost works as you move up on the board (or at least on those cost symbol sections). This might be as easy as cutting and pasting page 11 of the rulebook (payment for level of authority) into a pop-up
4. On the planets, when you mouse over the influence levels on each planet, an explanation of how influence is gained for that specific planet, and when the medals are unlocked (since they each are a little different for every planet) and that they can score at the end of round if the proper law is in play
5. On the accreditation track there are a few symbols that could explains with a pop-up. Specifically I think it would help for the "Medal of Honor" symbol and the "Deep Space" symbol -
