A player tried to switch a 2 and a 4 with Inventor. (The game let this happen.) The 2 remained where it was and, initially, it looked like the 4 had also been replaced with a 2. On refresh, there is now no number on the old 4; the disc with the number 4 is on the desert. The 2 seems to be acting normally now, but the tile that used to have the 4 no longe produces anything.

When we rolled a 2, the original 2 spot produced but the wheat tile did not produce anything.
Game was abandoned at this point.
