À un moment donné, je ne pouvais faire AUCUNE action de jeu. La partie a été bloquée puis abandonnée

I confirmed the state of your table and found that it is exactly the same syndrome as boardgamearena.com/bug?id=125927 . You have three tiles in your hand, which is unexpected state.
I have not been able to find the root cause which led this problem. Did you see some dubious behavior similar to the below?

I only remember drawing a second tile to use. Then I placed on a spot to see how it would go (trying places), but then the game didn't load. I refreshed, and was back in the game before I drew the tile. I drew it again (as I alredy knew what it was, and I was worry that if I did a different action, would break the game). The same thing happen, but now the loading never finished - maybe it was now, as you pointed out, considering I had 3 tiles, as I drew "twice" (even though it is the same tile, and for me, on the screen, only shows 2 tiles).
