Historique du rapport de bug
...but this is not just a display bug. The implementation is currently giving players an /illegal/ option, on multiple levels: first, as the submitter points out, there's no such thing as "adding a tag" in this game; second, Viral Enhancers (VE) itself has no ability to hold resources.
...but, when the player clicks "add tag" option, there's a further error, as shown in the above screenshot.
I followed up my play of VE by playing Arctic Algae next; sure enough, a similar error happened (also showed in above link).
This is doubly lame because VE worked fine previously—any cards that could not hold resources, including VE itself, automatically triggered the "gain plant" option.
