I was playing the same game, with 2 tabs on the same browser open. I finished my turn on 1 tab and then opened the 2nd tab and saw that my turn was reset and I could do the turn again. This apparently got solved when the next player finished their turn, because after a few minutes it updated correctly. It just was not updating in real time and the 2 tabs were out of sync with each other.
