Issues happen only on mobile data, not over wifi.
Incidentally, the issue coincided with whatever change took place that removed the distinction in icons for online status between PC and mobile (now there's only the green or gray ball beside user name).

this application loading is on the main page and in every game I have. Both on the phone app and on computer version. Google and Opera browsers. Cleared cash, cookies, etc. Nothing helps. It's been for a week already and makes impossible to play as I need to reload after every move.

Same here. When I have "application loading..." at the top, whateve rmove I make in the game, I need to refresh the browser. Switching browsers doesn't help

Dear all,
we are currently facing a difficult outage that affects some of our players, mostly from the Russian Federation but also from other countries. The root cause is still unclear but we suspect some kind of filtering either from our provider or from some other routers.
What is sure is that some IP are partially filtered, which causes lags or disconnections. We are investigating, in the meantime, if you have a VPN or can use a mobile phone as a hotspot or a different connection, please use it to be able to access BGA.
As there are lots of duplicates bugs, I will close them to only keep the most upvoted one, boardgamearena.com/bug?id=164966

I'm from Brazil. Problem happens much more frequently on Mobile. On desktop it's not frequent, but some games show the problem very often. I'm currently on a Terraforming Mars tournament and I have to refresh the page after every single move I make, or it stays forever with the "Updating game situation" message. It doesn't seem to be a connection issue, because it always refreshes as soon as I press F5.

Хочу добавить уточнение к комментарию от ваших разработчиков. Я пробовал использовать VPN, а также подключаться к BGA через разные устройства, но результат был один и тот же. При этом периодически ситуация улучшается и страницу перезагружать не приходится.

we are still working on that frustrating issue. We have deployed a fallback system to mitigate the issue for our users affected. So, any user affected by this should now be able to play baring a 5 seconds latency in the initial connection and when switching in and out from and to the game and main site pages.
Please let us know if that mitigation works for you or not. We will continue working on that issue but at least, people affected should now be able to play as expected.

I feels unstable now. Most of the times it works. But still sometimes i see that table search is hanged and not updating. Sometimes when new game is just started i still have to refresh page several first turns and only then it begins working in real time.

Last week, BGA sometimes worked without this issue, but other times the problem occurred. However, as of yesterday evening and today, everything is working normally. Occasionally, the first action after reloading the page freezes for 2-3 seconds, but after that, everything works fine.
I had hoped that resolving this issue would also fix my problem with the 'replaying' of game actions (boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=41163), but unfortunately, this hasn’t happened.

Game search stops after some time (or just do not update). Table status sometimes do not update also.

After some more testing it seems in Enge all working fine only under VPN. Without it i'm getting same results as in Chrome.
