I just drew a 3rd Rapid Gestation card to my hand. Now I know he designer is sampling some rules on here, but if I remember correctly there is only 2 copies of each individual card in the game, so I shouldn’t be able to draw a third copy of the same card.

Historique du rapport de bug
There should be 3 copies of Rapid Gestation in the game, although it can be rare to see all 3 in one game. You can see the current card counts in this BGG thread: boardgamegeek.com/thread/3290020/article/44173418#44173418.
We're in the process of balancing the card counts with the latest changes so these numbers may change in the future.
