I was playing a game of Gaia with myself and 2 hotseat players. During the 3rd player's turn, the game froze when trying to play a card next to another card. This same error happened in 3 Gaia hotseat games in a row.

A red error message appeared at the top of the screen saying to wait, that a turn was in progress. And then the screen just said Updating Game Situation, with a timer/hourglass next to the players name. But the turn never resolved.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
