Historique du rapport de bug
The BGA wiki of the game says it:
Two players End of game: 3 lines finished and/or blocked ends the building phase. The other conditions still unchanged. Test trip scoring: the second version of the rules on this topic is not implemented on BGA.
So it's not a bug. Sorry it's unclear ><
