To help speed up turn-based games, suggest that when a player plays Eggplant and all the other players have finished selecting their cards, if the active player only has artichoke cards left that his turn is auto-ended. Otherwise the game is just waiting for this player to come back and just select "End Turn". Or at least do it automatically with a count-down in case that player is still present and watching/waiting.

Historique du rapport de bug
If you have other cards than artichokes, you might still be able to play them, so why should the turn end automatically?
This works already if you play with "Automatically end turn".
