I played the Innkeeper in a solo game.
Ithe Drinking Horn did not show up in my supply, but I had already finalized the move.
I went to the log and hit Replay from the action of placing the Innkeeper... and now the Hammer (roll 10 specual tile) appeared in my inventory. All the more entertaining because I already had the hammer from an earlier turn on Iceland.
I have a screenshot if helpful.
I subsequently hit Replay from the same move... an Hammer disappears, but still no Drinking Horn
