When there are two players in Tokyo and they're attacked with claws, if the first player in Tokyo has the Camouflage card AND is successful at neutralizing all claws, the second player in Tokyo doesn't get a chance to leave Tokyo (and they should, because they do get damage). This has happened to me multiple times, but this time I ended up being killed in the next turn because I didn't have a chance to leave Tokyo, so I decided to report the bug.

I'm not sure the violation is necessarily visible, but if you check Move 107, you'll see that fbsfbs smashed monsters with 1 claw, then azngrl (the 1st player in Tokyo) used Camouflage to reduce damage to 0 (neutralized it), and I (the 2nd player in Tokyo) was never asked to choose to stay or leave Tokyo (and I should've).

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
