Declined as the game follows EmperorS4 rules according to the license agreement

The official rules say than if there's no winner after the round 3 then the game end. The winner will be the one with the more poins and if there's a drawn again then there is no winner. We should implement an option to play either as many round as we want + another option with the real rules saying than we stop after 3 round

Falls nach 3 Runden noch immer kein Spieler die Siegbedingung erfüllt hat, gewinnt der Spieler mit mehr Gunstpunkten. Bei Gleichstand endet das Spiel unentschieden.

Even if they are 'official rules' of the localized versions, all BGA implementation uses the rules from the publisher who granted the license.
