In the game I played I took 3 actions that took about 2 minutes each, never getting idle, with low think time, just placing all pieces the game asks to do. This reduced my turn time down to 1 minute. Then I had to take a turn placing two animals, with determination, that triggered multiple conservation, reputation and map actions. I did "undo last action" twice only on all of this. Inevitably, I got down to -20s, when the challengers expelled me from the game. The game was in normal pace.
It's frustrating having to decide to take quick turns without think time because the game kicks you, even though you are continuously making moves during your turn.
To prevent this from happening, granting a small amount of time on each movement, 4 seconds up to a maximum of 20 movements, would suffice to avoid this situation. I don't think it's a good solution necessarily, but would love to see something happening in this case. -
