During Automa/Shadow Empire income turn, Favorite Track should only change for the Automa or Shadow Empire if that bot has reached the end of a track, OR if ANOTHER token is further advanced than it on its favorite track. If (and only if) one of those conditions is met, its new favorite track should become the track where it's closest to either a landmark or the end of a track. It seems in every game I've played that their favorite track ALWAYS changes during income turn to the track where they are closest to a landmark or the end of a track.

Yes - At move 31. In this case, Automa should have changed its favorite track since the Shadow Empire had passed it on Technology, but Shadow Empire should not have since there were no further advanced tokens than it on Exploration. However, in this implementation, the Shadow Empire did change its track to Technology, and Automa did not change its track.
