This is a turn-based tournament, and we can play games on our own schedules, but each game should be played in one sitting (as if it weren't a turn-based game). This is simply the easiest way to keep track of all the games. A few of us have participated in a few Ticket To Ride tournaments that have worked this way, and it's a pretty efficient system.
You and each of your opponents can spontaneously decide to play when you're both on BGA, or you can schedule a time to meet and play. Because of this waiting while the clock is ticking for only one player, please don't kick anyone out if they run out of time. If we don't kick each other out, the only way time will be a factor is if a game hasn't finished 14 days after the tournament begins. At that time only, the player with the least time remaining lose the game based on time.
