Game Overview
In Spooky Tower, we scramble to photograph ghosts haunting the clock tower. We use dice combinations to scout buildings, develop photos, and recover magical amulet pieces.
Goal of the Game
The game ends immediately when a player fulfills one of these conditions:
- Captures 5 ghosts (ghost pets count as full ghosts).
- Collects 3 amulet pieces (victory via the protective amulet).
Core Mechanic: The Tower Drop
Drop both dice through the tower. You must choose one die value or the sum of both to perform an action in a matching building (values 1–12).
Gameplay
On your turn, choose exactly one of these two main actions:
1. Scout Buildings (Take Cards)
- Take the top card of a building matching your dice result.
- Place it face-down (house side) to the left of your player board.
- Note: You can accumulate multiple cards across different buildings before deciding to reveal them.
2. Develop Photos (Flip Cards)
- Choose a building where you already have face-down cards. Your dice result must match the building's value.
- Flip all cards stored at that building to their photo side.
- Resolution:
- Ghosts/Pets: Move to the right of your board as victory points.
- Symbols: Resolve Spellbooks (extra action), Crystals (amulet progress), or Flashlights (clues).
- Blanks: Cards with no symbols go straight into the chest (discard pile).
Additional Helpful Details
| Element | Effect & Strategy |

| The Tower Clock | If no action is possible, advance the clock and use the effect where the clocks hand points to. When it hits "12," you will receive an amulet piece. |
| Spellbooks | Allow an immediate extra action (Take or Flip) without rolling the dice again. |
| The Park | Collect Flashlight symbols (clues) to claim a ghost of your choice from the Park deck. You need as many flashlights as the top card from the park deck shows. |
| Amulet Pieces | Earned by Tower Clock effects. If you have got 3 amulet pieces, you will win right away. |
End of Game
As soon as a player collects their 5th ghost card or 3rd amulet piece, they are declared the Champion of Spooky Tower.
