Suggestion : à mon avis, la modification suivante améliorerait grandement l'implémentation du jeu

When a player cant play a tile it is discarted, but this fact is very, VERY! well hidden before other players. I know its in history, but its not possible to track history in every game...
It is crutial to know what tile was discarted, it should be visible with some kind of alert ! Sometimes you prepare a special slot for this very one tile, wait all game till it appear, and at the end of game you find out that it was discarted as very beggning.
I dont know the official ruls but when you play in real life, when player discard a tile I ask him/her to show this tile (he can lie that he cant place it, and he can discard any tile...)
Is it realy that hard to implement a visible place with discarted carts ?
Its non that rare that CCCC,RRRR or FFFF tile can be easily discarted...• Quel est votre navigateur ?

10 nov. 2020 20:40 • No F5 will not help, only very visible place on board will solve this. Or alert like notes popup every time you enter table with notes you will be inforemed that tile was discarted (and for example checkbox to disable it in future with this game...)

"[tile_icon] could not be played and was discarded"
Both players would have to press "Got it!" button before the message dissapears for each of them separately.
Best place for such message would be just below the top-center area when tile currently played is displayed.

25 nov. 2020 18:17 • I did not mean to make it visible in "Show last moves". I ment to make it visible and noticable. As it was said before or as a message popup when player join table (like private notes), or in corner line below to "Tiles left" can be "Tiles tossed"

The addition of a comment in the game log indicating that the tile has been discarded is not easily noticeable. Many players feel very strongly about the advantage if only one player knows that a particular tile has been discarded, and in the interest of fairness they inform their opponents when a tile is discarded. However, not everyone does this or is aware that it is an issue.

24 oct. 2021 16:07 • 7Wonders has a 'discarded cards' count in the bottom corner of the game screen. Even something as simple as this would at least indicate to players that a discard has occurred.
TerranPL's suggestion is good. Having the discarded tiles displayed somewhere/on demand is a fair solution.

"In some very rare cases, it may be impossible to place the tile. In those cases, simply return the tile to the box
and draw a new one" [page 5, under Summary]
So there should be no need for a discard pile as it will come back into play later.
If it doesn't come back into play then that means there is a bug in the game that is more than a suggestion.

4 févr. 2022 17:30 • I strongly support the suggestion. Actually I once had CCCC discarded and I thought it was a bug, that's why I came to this forum in the first place ! I hadn't thought about discarded tiles. So hidden information like that is also detrimental to the game experience of non-experts.

21 août 2022 18:59 • Just make visible discarded card, because in long plays, it is not possible to read whole history to check if tile was or wasn't discarded.
